I don't know how did we even disagree on this. But here's the second public bet (the first semi-public being this one) :
What's the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?

I'd always thought that there some are things you can't change in human behaviour and although routines defer, there should be a common thread in the first thing you do when you wake up.
Turns out i'm very, very wrong.
This is what G and I said what the average person would do first thing they wake up in the morning :
G : Brush teeth
M : Pee/piss/loo/wee/urinate
And this is the result we got from 20 people :

Check laptop/computer - 2

I think peeing is a very natural first thing to do when you wake up! Your bladder collects all the liquid for the 6-8 hours you were knocked out and unless you have an unusually large one, don't you feel it's about to explode in the morning? Sometimes i even wake up an hour earlier just to pee. And sometimes i ban liquid an hour before i sleep because waking up in the middle pisses the crap out of me.
There were a lot of people who answered 'brush teeth' and when i said my bet was pee, they went, 'oh yeah! i pee first.'
Unfortunately G had slotted in a clause that i had to take the first answer from people. I don't know why i agreed but in hindsight it was damned stupid of me.
Oh well :(

Er... it depends then.. sometimes i turn on the tv before i brush my teeth, sometimes i brush my teeth while walking towards the tv.. but on most days i'm late for work, so i tend to do the latter =)

Honestly, we all pee before brushing teeth. Like I said, we are not that forthcoming about our bowel habits!
